when will the Audio streaming work?
There is no official date on the update that will enable audio streaming, however, you can stream audio to AppleTV straight out of the box through iTunes. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4437

Am I the only one who has problems with soft subtitles when streaming .m4v movies over AirPlay to 1-st gen AppleTV? I can see the list of available subtitle tracks on AppleTV screen but selecting any will freeze the box and require a cold start.
