MuscleNerd Announces Untethered Jailbreak For Apple TV 2G
In a tweet a few moments ago, MuscleNerd has confirmed that the exploit found by i0n1c will in fact work for the Apple TV 2G.
The jailbreak itself will be packaged up and come in the form of both an updated Redsn0w and Pwnage Tool.
If you’re anything like me, I can’t wait for the updated release of Redsn0w and the Pwnage Tool. No doubt, given time, tools like Seas0nPass and others will be updated to include the untethered exploit once it has been released.

Can someone please post a video tutorial on how to jailbreak apple tv 2g 4.3.1 on a Mac, using either redsn0w or pwnage tool? I”m having trouble putting atv2 into dfu mode(pwnage tool) and when I try to use redsnow it tells me that is can’t recognize the ispw???? I downloaded the ispw from iclarified. Any help would be appreciated.
Have your figured out how to fix ispw? Cant seem to recognize it….
