Untethered 4.4.4 AppleTV Jailbreak with Seas0npass [Tutorial]
You can now perform an untethered 4.4.4 jailbreak on your AppleTV with Seas0npass. Simply download seas0npass below and follow our tutorial.
DOWNLOAD:

Step 1: Unzip the ‘Seas0nPass.zip’ file and launch Seas0nPass.
Step 2: Select the ‘Create IPSW’ button to start the jailbreak process.
Step 3: The latest AppleTV software will be downloaded and used to create a custom ‘jailbroken’ software file.
Step 4: When prompted, connect your AppleTV to your Mac/PC using a micro-USB cable (leave power cable disconnected).
Once the light on the front of the AppleTV begins to flash rapidly, point the remote at the AppleTV and hold both the MENU and PLAY/PAUSE buttons for 7 seven seconds.
Note: This step will require the silver (aluminum) AppleTV remote that was included with the ATV2. The older, white (plastic) remotes will not work.
Step 5: iTunes will open automatically and start the restore process.
Step 6: iTunes will confirm the restore when complete – your AppleTV is now jailbroken!
Note: To confirm the jailbreak was successful a (temporary) red FC logo will appear in the lower right corner of the screen – as shown below.

That’s it, you’re now jailbroken. You can install 3rd party apps now like XBMC, Plex and others.
im doe with jalibreak but i cant see some xbmc or something like that.
all i can see is the red fc logo right down there.

I already have 4.4.3 installed, and XBMC. If I use Seas0npass again to go to 4.4.4, do I have to reinstall XBMC from scratch or does it survive the update?
So I have successfully jail broken the apple tv. How do I download the other apps to the apple tv. Do u need the third party apps in order to watch everything or can u through the regular screen. But not be charged?? Thx

Was able to jailbreak but cannot SSH into the apple tv. Computer and apple tv are on the same network and the IP is definitely correct. What else could it be?
I cannot get my Apple tv 2 to go into the mode required. I press the pause/menu button for 7 seconds, and nothing happens. I have two apple tv’s and this happens on both. Any suggestions?
I assume that the Micro-USB cable used to Jailbreak, is a standard USB A to Micro B type cable and not a special Apple Cable.

i cant restore the firmware after finishing the jailbreak and hence i can see only the FC logo on the screen but without any difference from the factory setting mode????any help
did what’s need to do hold MENU and PLAY/PAUSE for 7 seconds, and iTunes started, but the SeasOnPass still waiting for device to enter DFU mode, any suggestion?

It does not show up in the device list in iTunes
When I click the (create IPSW)icon it says AVG is blocking the download. I have disabled AVG and am still getting the same msg can anyome help
Ok I uninstalled my AVG and now I get a msg saying (This apple tv not eligable for this version). I have 4.4.4 installed on atv2g and lattest itunes 10.5.3.3 and seasonpass 0.8.2.5110. Please help
4.4.4 is no longer being signed so unless you saved your SHSH blobs, there’s no way to restore that firmware anymore.
I have a new 4.4.4 when i retore i have the error message 3914 what should be done
