Untethered Jailbreak for Apple TV 2G on 5.0.1 (iOS 5.1.1) Coming Soon!
Finally, some great news for Apple TV 2G owners! After our recent news about the New Apple TV (3G) not being included in the upcoming jailbreak from pod2g it has been confirmed it will work for Apple TV 2G users.
nitoTV tweeted that he had successfully tested pod2g’s untethered jailbreak for Apple TV 2,1 5.0.1 (4224)/5.1.1(9B206f). He didn’t give any ETA but he is working hard to release it as soon as possible.
